These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the ajo98 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, and gameplay. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

You must be at least 21 years of age to create and hold an ajo98 account. Players who misrepresent their age will have their account permanently closed and any funds associated with underage play forfeited.
Each individual may hold exactly one ajo98 account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the email, device, or payment method used — are a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed with balances forfeited.
All ajo98 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Specific rollover multiples, eligible games, and expiry dates are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
All ajo98 account balances are held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ajo98 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider's own policies may vary. Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000; minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ajo98 login credentials. ajo98 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your username, password, or registered device.
ajo98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable evidence of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or behaviour that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ajo98 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ajo98 platform.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ajo98. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or using any game or service available on the Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2.2 If you access the Platform without registering — for example, by browsing publicly visible pages — you agree to be bound by these Terms to the extent applicable to unregistered users.
2.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with ajo98's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ajo98.
2.4 ajo98 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. See Clause 14 for the full amendment procedure.
3.1 To be eligible to open and hold an ajo98 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. ajo98 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in all locations.
3.3 By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. ajo98 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
4.1 Each Player may hold a maximum of one (1) ajo98 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. ajo98 is entitled to rely on the information you provide; you bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete registration data.
4.3 ajo98 requires identity verification (KYC) as a condition of processing withdrawals above the standard threshold. KYC documents may include:
4.4 ajo98 will review KYC submissions within one (1) business day. Accounts pending KYC verification may continue to place bets but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.
4.5 ajo98 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal functionality where documentation is outstanding.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ajo98 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 ajo98 strongly recommends that you:
5.3 ajo98 will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain reasonable security practices.
5.4 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the ajo98 support team immediately via Live Chat or WhatsApp. ajo98 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account pending a security review.
6.1 All ajo98 account balances are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ajo98 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made through the Platform's supported payment channels.
Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Supported deposit channels include bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, and Bank Permata; e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and virtual account (VA) deposits for all major Indonesian banks. E-wallet deposits credit to your ajo98 wallet within seconds. Bank transfers typically settle within five minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB).
Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the registered payment method associated with your ajo98 account. You may not withdraw to a payment method that is not registered in your own name. Standard processing time is 15 minutes to one hour for accounts in good standing with completed KYC. VIP members receive priority processing.
6.2 ajo98 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds before processing withdrawal requests above the standard threshold, in line with anti-money-laundering obligations.
6.3 Deposits that remain unused (no bets placed) for an extended period may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is processed. ajo98 will contact you via your registered email address before any administrative action is taken.
6.4 ajo98 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if the deposit is identified as potentially fraudulent or if KYC verification is not completed within the required timeframe.
7.1 ajo98 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback on casino losses, sportsbook bet boosts, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page within the member portal.
7.2 General bonus conditions that apply to all ajo98 promotions unless otherwise stated:
7.3 ajo98 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its discretion, without prior notice, where it determines that a promotion is being abused or where technical circumstances require amendment.
7.4 Players who ajo98 reasonably suspects of exploiting bonuses — including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or arbitrage strategies — may have their bonus eligibility revoked and any associated winnings voided.
8.1 The rules governing each individual game available on the ajo98 Platform — including live casino games (baccarat, Dragon Tiger, roulette, blackjack), slot titles, sportsbook markets, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws — are determined by the respective game supplier or, in the case of sportsbook markets, by the ajo98 sportsbook rulebook.
8.2 By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the applicable game rules and accept the outcome of the game as final, subject to Clause 8.3.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that materially affects the outcome of a game round — for example, a live dealer connection interruption mid-hand — ajo98 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the Players involved. ajo98's decision in all game dispute matters is final.
8.4 ajo98 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on clearly incorrect odds, or placed in circumstances where ajo98 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed with knowledge of information not available to the general betting public at the time of placement (including in-play matches).
8.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game categories. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market and may be adjusted by ajo98 at its discretion, including in response to individual account risk profiles.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ajo98 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
9.2 Where ajo98 suspects a Player of prohibited conduct, it may place a temporary hold on the account and any pending withdrawals while the matter is investigated. ajo98 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a hold placed in good faith during an active investigation.
10.1 ajo98 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligation to protect Players from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling.
10.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ajo98 account holders at no cost from within the Account Settings panel:

10.4 ajo98 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls on any account where it identifies patterns of play that suggest potential gambling harm, without requiring the Player's prior consent.
11.1 All content on the ajo98 Platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, game interfaces, logos, brand assets, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the property of ajo98 or its licensed game suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform content.
11.3 Game content — including visual assets, audio, and rules — supplied by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of those studios and is subject to their respective licence terms.
12.1 ajo98 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12.2 By creating an ajo98 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).
12.3 You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to ajo98's legal and regulatory retention obligations. Requests should be directed to [email protected].
13.1 The ajo98 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ajo98 excludes all warranties, express or implied, relating to the Platform, its availability, fitness for purpose, or accuracy of information.
13.2 ajo98 shall not be liable for:
13.3 Where ajo98's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, ajo98's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player during the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
14.1 ajo98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to eligibility requirements, fee structures, or withdrawal conditions — ajo98 will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.
14.2 Where changes are non-material — such as minor clarifications of existing clauses or typographic corrections — ajo98 may implement them immediately and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page accordingly.
14.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting ajo98 support. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.4 The most current version of these Terms is always available at ajo98.app/terms-conditions. ajo98 recommends that you review this page periodically.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally operated online gaming platforms, as determined by ajo98's operating jurisdiction.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and ajo98 — including any dispute relating to a game outcome, withdrawal decision, or account action — you should first contact the ajo98 support team via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. ajo98 aims to resolve all Player disputes within 5 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels, ajo98 will engage in good-faith mediation with the Player before any formal legal proceeding is initiated.
15.4 By using the Platform, you agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the jurisdiction specified by ajo98, and you waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.
